Returning & Exchange Policy

At Podstop, we want to make your shopping experience with us easy and fuss-free with our friendly return policy!

Returns Policy

  1. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 working days.

Store Purchases

  1. Returns for store purchases can only be returned back to the store.
  2. Once we have received the return item(s), we will process a full refund or exchange for similar new item(s) on the spot.

Online Orders

  1. For orders delivered via Singpost or courier, first return within 7 days from date of purchase is free! 
Step 1: Indicate Return Online
a. Go to Contact Us
b. Provide your name, contact and email
c. Indicate the invoice number(s) and item(s) you wish for the return.
d. Indicate the reason for the return.
e. Click SEND.
Step 2: Return the item(s)
a. Return by post (only valid for online orders, not store purchases)
- A return label has been included in your parcel.
- Attach the return label to your package and you may return the parcel to any Post Office.  
- You don't have to pay for any shipping fees.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


b. Return in store
- Refund and exchange is available for returns in stores.
- Bring along invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to our store.
Step 3: Refund or exchange
a. Refund: Once we have received the return item(s), we will process your refund back to the order’s mode of payment. (i.e. If paid via paypal, refund will be back to paypal account).

b. Please take note that refunds will take 7-14 working days to process.
c. Exchange: Pick your desired item(s) for the exchange in the store, and proceed to the welcome desk to proceed with the exchange. (Take note that exchange is only applicable to items of the same value or more, customers are required to top up any price difference.)

Partial Refund

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. When all of this is done and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
